Sunset Lakes is a small gated community of homes surrounding two private lakes. Walt Disney World is only 5 minutes drive away from our home.

This exclusive community is very private and tranquil, is set in conservation grounds, yet only minutes drive from the shops, malls and restaurants of Kissimmee's Highway 192. The main Orlando International Airport is just 30 minutes away.

Our guests have complimentary use of the Sunset Lakes community pool which has sun loungers and changing rooms for your convenience. Adjacent to the pool there is also a purpose built children's play area. For their own safety children must be supervised when using the community pool or playground. Fishing is permitted on the private lakes and there are several championship golf courses within a few minutes drive

Sunset Lakes is situated West of Disney, turn left off US 192 Formosa Gardens Blvd and continue down the road until you come to a 4-way junction, turn right on to Funie Steed Road and follow the road for about 1 mile and Sunset Lakes is on your left. (You will be provided with detailed directions to the villa when you make your booking)

Sunset Lakes is a tranquil community with the majority of the homes being occupied by permanent residents so all the communal areas should be treated with the utmost respect.
