Our home is a single storey four bedroom, 3 bathroom villa that backs onto conservation on the exclusive gated community of Sunset Lakes.

Our fully screened private pool (25' x 12'6") has wonderful views over the conservation area, has a separate fountain feature, outside shower and is finished with luxury pool furniture. The pool is lit and is maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness by our maintenance team.

The Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom overlooks the pool, has a Queen sized bed and its own cable connected 20" TV. A further twin bedded room with separate full bathroom also has its own 20" TV with cable and Game Cube.

Bedrooms 3 & 4 share a 'Jack & Jill' bathroom,  bedroom-3 has a queen sized bed and TV point and a door to the en-suite bathroom, a second door in the bathroom leads into bedroom-4 which is furnished with twin beds. We have made this the children's bedroom, it is beautifully decorated in a 'playful' scheme and comes complete with soft toys and toy basket. All the bathrooms are fitted with hairdryers.

The lounge, with large screen 37" TV, DVD player and VCR and dining area both have patio doors onto the pool and lanai.. The large, fully equipped, kitchen overlooks both the lounge and dining table making a very large sociable area.

Our villa comfortably sleeps 8 persons in pure luxury.
